When will my order be despatched?

Orders are despatched from our Melbourne Warehouse.

Orders received before 1pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day we receive the order.

Any order received after 1pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, will be despatched next working day. 
This includes any order received on the weekend and Public Holidays.

Once order is shipped, a confirmation email, which includes a tracking number will be sent.
